The Luckiest Day of My Life
It was 20+ years ago. My doctor stuck a very ugly needle in me to take a biopsy of a large lump in my right breast. Long story short, it was malignant and I had a mastectomy. Why is this a lucky day? I learned so much. I survived. Lessons learned - Cherish your family and friends There is power in prayer You only get one body; treat it right Thank your lucky stars for great doctors and medical personnel Be grateful for volunteers who help you along the way Support cancer
